Terms and Condition

1. Please fill in the order form to make orders.

2. Payment should be made within 2 days.

3. If no payment received within the time, item will be open for sale again.

4. No refund if booking is cancelled.

5.Item sold is not returnable.

6.Items are based on 'first come first serve' basis.

7.Goods are sold upon 'as is' basis since ALL items are NEW.

8.All price are fixed, please be fair to other mummies who don't negotiate on pricing.

9.All transactions are final. All item sold are neither non-
refundable nor exchangeable, but I will consider case by case basis on the reason for any exchange, return or refund and also based on item(s) availability.

10.Please note that we are NOT responsible in the event of any non-delivery, postal/custom delays, loss or breakage incurred during shipping.

11.Measure of kids Clothing given so please do measure you child carefully because wrong size purchase, items cannot be change.

12.Reservation is allowed but only within 2 days, but if you like I reserve for you much longer, please pay full payment for secure booking.

13.Booking is allowed, however order will be cacelled if no payment received within 2 days.

- Color of the item(s) may different due to different screen resolution but I'll do my best to describe the exact color of the item(s).

-All sold item will be deleted for convieniece purposes

5)Please put your name once you give me a sms, because there is no name record from my hp.

6)Strictly no exchange unless i sent you a wrong thing or defect.

7)Please do not chase me, you may check your parcel with the tracking no sent to your email.

For Pre-order

I. Pre-order means that I will only order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (color, size, quantity).

II. Please put some deposit to confirm your order, before i get the item from supplier.

III. Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.

IV. In case the item ordered is not available, I will return your full deposit.

V. When the items arrive, I will inform you and expecting full payment to be made before delivery.

*Pre-order usually takes about 1 or 2 weeks time.

POSTAGE COST:

RM6 (Semenanjung)
RM9 (Sabah & Sarawak)

Additional cost will be charge for items bought more than 3 pcs based on the weight.
